Yeah, Meta does NOT make their stuff easy to fix yourself, let alone take apart. I ended up having to trash my Quest 3 this past June since it got completely bricked. It was working perfectly fine in Feburary and about a month later in a case, it wouldn't power at all

Ive had issues with mine before too. Other than resyncing it through the controller settings somewhere, you can push down on the sticks and blow into them, or use an air can. It worked for me for awhile
