I readjusted my Steam shopping cart (salary is not up yet), but my next game after the sale will be Control Resonant. Just NEED to save. I'm sure I will love that game.

Stop thinking about how full of suprises "A Hat in Time" is... We got: - Great photo mode with poses and filter; - Shiny stickers; - Different clothes; - 8-bit filter; - Smug dance; - Whimsy and unseriousness; - Horror elements; - Hidden secrets; - And more...

Final PSA if someone is still playing Aniimo. The game installs borderline spyware (checks camera, installs trackers) on your PC that you will have to remove manually... Here is a link with more info and instructions on how to remove their kernel software. www.reddit.com/r/pcgaming/s...

I got some news. Finally bought my second DDR4 16GB Ram stick. I was literally saving for it 😭. And guess, what, the price moved up by around 30% from July. It's crazy. But I'm glad I did it anyway cos I want to have a proper PC build.

I never knew or watched that Geller guy, but I had experience when people I adored turned out to be shitty people. I kinda learnt to not get attached to famous people whether it's YouTube, a book or a movie. Sometimes there is darkness underneath a seemingly innocent persona...

TW SA discussion . . . . . . . So that Gellar guy just confessed he actually assaulted a woman in college. He also had an audacity to tell how this made him feel. Man, I fucking hate how people like these get away with everything and I feel so bad for the women in the industry for dealing

The enemies are so freaky in "Alan Wake" 😲! One said he wants to chop some hard wood, another asked if I called 911. There was also a guy who said something like "There are 65 billion cows..." but I got rid of him...

I made 2 people watch "Twin Peaks" tv show. Might as well start a cult!

1100

Spooky Kafka 🎃 @kafkagaming.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Alan Wake made me remember some games inspired or with "Twin Peaks" vibes: - Life is strange; - Kentuky route zero; - Virginia; - Pretty much anything by Rusty Lake developer; - Thimbleweed Park; - Oxenfree; - The Vanishing of Ethan Carter

2161

Spooky Kafka 🎃 @kafkagaming.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

No way, "Alan Wake", gives me some big Twin Peaks vibes: - That diner area; - Lamp lady (reminds me of Log lady); - That are with a waterfall reminded me of the Salish Lodge & Spa area distant shot in the show. There are definitely other references! I feel I need to rewatch the show!

I love seeing all the great "Control resonant" posts. The game looks so great and greatly reminds me of "Inception" movie that I love. Wish I could buy it tho 😭. Sadly, there is no way to do it as of now in a place where I live... I'll wait if things will change...

050

Spooky Kafka 🎃 @kafkagaming.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

More "Alan Wake" today. The game is still very fun! - I can feel heavy Twin Peaks inspirations at times (love it); - The story is intriguing; - Combat can be a bit frustrating at times tho

"Petit planet" rated E (everyone) and 3+ for some mobile stores wasn't on my bingo card. I expected at least 8+. Gacha games, no matter how easy and cutesy they look, should never be marketed to underage players, let alone, literal toddlers who shouldn't even touch a phone.

Spooky Kafka 🎃 @kafkagaming.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

More "Silent Hill Townfall" benchmarks news. So it can run pretty fine on GTX 1650. Crazy stuff. As far as I know this is the lowest entry level GPU for Resident Evil Requiem (means, the game is playable). It give me so much hope that my GPU that's def more powerful than 1650 will run the game fine.

Spooky Kafka 🎃 @kafkagaming.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

More "Silent Hill Townfall" stuff. The game looks stunning. Every frame looks like a wallpaper. I watched the Steam deck review. Sadly, barely performs at 30fps. I'm still waiting for my GPU to be benchmark to really see how the game would run on my rig. The town is very atmospheric as well!

Spooky Kafka 🎃 @kafkagaming.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

It's done. I've finally finished my gacha article. Don't pay attention to the WHITE LIST tho. Did you know there is a super secret invisible font that helps you hide your text from an enemy 😲? Well, I used it for my article. It's actually a 10k text, by the way 😂!

Hey, "Amnesia the Dark descent" fans! Did you know there is additional lore for the game hidden inside the main game folder called "Remember a short story collection"? It's a PDF document of short stories that take place in Amnesia game universe!
