Still at it, but went full Final Warning because skill island is not kind, today

My first job was at a Braum's

While I agree, I could also destroy a bag of White Castle burgers in one sitting, so I might have bias.

Of course, it's nowhere near as simple and reductive as I just described it, I'm simply unsurprised that nothing's even been done, not to mention out representatives can't stand up for shit. Considering the odds, the fact any sort of policies protecting any marginalized group existed is a miracle.

000

It's broken down to like... five fronts, now. Without getting into it, you have the extreme right and left as two, traditional moderates, 'progressives', and a small subset that doesn't give a shit. Considering anyone wanting progress is outnumbered, they really haven't had any choice but to watch.

I grew up ✨️fascinated✨️ with the government. Not like in a pious, obsessive sense, but like how a scientist covets science. Seeing everything devolved to this point has been extra terrifying because I have studied these processes, and it's suddenly like they never mattered to begin with.

Imagine, someone with no political experience, assuming an office inside of one of the more prevalent political superpowers in the world, shitting on every desk and sending emails threatening people, then fucking off without fixing any of it. Me, being a social studies major: -internal screaming-

I never could get into it, myself, but I'm happy that they're bringing it back for their audience!

I think one of the things that's so draining about how exigent the anti-woke culture is, is how if you peel back that mask of indignant hatred, they're just human. I want everyone to think about that, the next time a bigot tries to impress superiority over you. Then fight back.

I cannot be responsible for my recent decisions, i recently watched The Mummy and my lust for Brendan Fraser was rekindled.

The "Deer in the headlights" expression he has is my favorite

The discourse surrounding Bungie and the reveals about management is bad enough. The discourse devolving into hate speech and anger aimed directly at the devs makes this heartbreaking. It's exhausting to see.

Kadilesco @kadilesco.bsky.social · 20/05/2025

I'm the same way lmao. When I played Pokémon I never used defensive or stat altering moves.

Kadilesco @kadilesco.bsky.social · 20/05/2025

I was worried as well, but I've heard that the parry window is forgiving, and missing one every so often isn't necessarily game ending. (I suck at parrying)

It's the first game since Final Fantasy XVI that I've wanted to go into 100% blind, based entirely on friend's praise. I'd say it is, and I haven't touched it, yet.

A reminder that I did a thing with @lolgisticsofficer.bsky.social recently, part of a larger series where we go over silly, yet effective builds. youtu.be/8kb3GctCcEg?...

I still cannot get over how good you make these characters look

Yes, another one for the clutch

@hazelmonforton.com Never thought in a million years that the best reading I'd ever enjoy would be in my favorite video game. Bravo. Standing ovation. This story and your contributions are going to stick with me for a long time. Aiat.

Honestly, Koji Igarashi should have just pulled a WB, put a copyright on the formula, and never made anything beyond Symphony of the Night. This is mostly a joke, but game identity is so nebulous to me anymore.

Kadilesco @kadilesco.bsky.social · 07/04/2025

You'd think streaming would be a more precise art, for how long it's been around. I've had to change settings so many times in the past month.

Season of the Haunted when I found out you were responsible for weaving pure fire into fiction. Hats off to you, always.
