Yeah been a lifelong ed sufferer & the amount of direct and indirect encourage ive gotten to let it get worse for beauty/passing reasons has been constant since coming out. Lost a lot of weight from ed earlier on and friends & even my mom took the rapid weight loss as proof transition is good for me

Theres a ton of Hollywood and foreign mainstream films from before the 70s I adore but I also have nostalgia for the big unnatural nature of many of them. Also plenty of smaller low budget movies that started doing things later made more popular in the 70s, especially in Russia and around the world

Hays code falling and studios monopolies breaking, populirization of more natural film-specific acting methods as opposed to theatre derived acting, and a similar popularization of more fluid and naturalistic camera work and cinematography as previously high end cameras were so much more bulky
