Dealing with psycho/sociopaths in my life made me realize that they are not "calculating and purely logical" like they're portrayed in media. They're almost always cognitively lacking and barely functional. Being antisocial usually means you're weak and or stupid in some way

I started taking electrolyte supplements once a day and they've been helping with my myalgia. My muscles haven't been pinching, spasming, cramping or getting used up as quickly as much anymore They don't fight back as much when I stretch or massage/pressure point either???
