Mint Choco CHOP 🍨💥 Character from this month’s Vgen challenge prompt ”ice cream” ✨ haven’t posted fully colored digital art before so here’s a digital art hard launch (+ the first sketches lol) #art

1/3
Colored digital illustration of a mint chocolate chip ice cream inspired character. On the left side the character is lunging at the camera in an action pose. They have a devious smile on their face. In the upper right corner the character is drawn from the front in a simple ”A pose” that shows off the character’s design. In the lower right corner is the text ”Mint Choco CHOP !!!” in bold text.

The character has smug looking eyes and a cherry in their left eye. Their head and ”hair” consists of a ball of mint chocolate chip ice cream, which has melted a little. On their head, they are wearing a ruffly wafer headband. On/As their ears, they have waffle cones which stick out from the head like big elf ears. On their right shoulder, they are wearing a bit of armor, made out of plain sugar cookies. They are wearing a ruffly dress with long sleeves and bloomers which resemble balls of ice cream on a cone. On their right hand, they have a large ice cream cone weapon used like a sort of cestus glove or brass knuckles. On their hip, they have a cookie ornament with red ”jam” in the middle. Their legs and shoes are made of wafers in the shape of armor, the right leg resembles rolled chocolate wafers and the left leg resembles traditional ice cream cone wafers.

Trying out new acrylic markers, here’s a redstone tinkering etho 🙂‍↕️ #ethoslabfanart #hermitcraftfanart

a colored drawing of minecraft youtuber Ethoslab, drawn with acrylic markers. He has pointy elf like ears. Etho is hunched down on his knees, leaning over and focused on some redstone components on the ground. His left hand is digging in his belt bag for something. The belt bag has a redstone symbol on it. The belt bag is attached to a tool belt with various other tools hanging on it. He’s adjusting a redstone repeater with his right hand. His expression is focused and slightly worried.

Hii haven’t posted digital art here before, some moomin inspired hermits :> the species and races are just something from somewhere, more info in alt text #hermitcraft #hermitcraftfanart

(1/4) A drawing of Etho (left) and Scar’s (right) minecraft characters. Artstyle inspired by Tove Jansson’s Moomin illustrations. The drawing is mostly in black and white, with few lighter values of gray.

The Moomin universe has many different fantasy species, so all the hermits’ species’ in this drawing are just ”hermits”. All of them have different races which are based on something from their videos. I didn’t put too much thought into them.

Etho is standing a bit hunched over with his hands on his hips. He’s wearing a black face mask, black vest and black pants. Under the vest he’s wearing a light shirt. it’s a bit unclear which parts of his outfit’s top layer are separate. On his feet he’s wearing flipflops. He has long dark pointy ears, dark hands and feet, many moomin characters tend to have darker hands and feet. He has a tail that looks to be broken in a few spots. Only his eyes are showing, but he looks to be a bit annoyed. He could still be smiling under the mask.

Etho’s species is labeled as ”hermit” and race is labeled as ”burrower”. Burrower comes purely from Etho’s man cave from his singleplayer world. I imagine he lives in a cave in this universe. He’s very tall and spends time in cramped spaces, so it shows in his posture.

Scar is on his wheelchair, smiling and winking. His pose is slightly sassy. He’s leaning his elbow onto his left armrest and he’s leaning his head onto his left hand. His right hand is relaxed on the right arm rest and is waving at the viewer just slightly. He has an aviator hat that covers his ears. There’s a small antenna pointing out of the left side of the hat. On his hat are a pair of aviation goggles. He’s wearing a scarf, bomber jacket and simple dark pants. He doesn’t have shoes. Many moomin characters don’t wear shoes. He has a dark nose, dark hands and dark feet. His tail is peeking a bit behind his wheelchair.

(This picture’s alt text continues to the next pic (2/4), because i coudn’t condence all the info :’)) —>

(2/4)

(continuation from 1/4 !!) Scar’s species is labeled as ”hermit” and his race is labeled as ”meadowling”. Meadowling comes from Scar’s association with flowers. There’s also a sunflower symbol on his wheelchair for this reason. In this universe, Scar likes to spend time in flower fields and loves the sun. This correlates with his love of flying, because he gets to spend more time in the sun while doing so. His cats, Finnegan, Katy-Bee and Jellie are peeking behind the wheelchair. Jellie has her back turned to the viewer.

(2/4 info starts here) Drawing of Geminitay’s (left) and BdoubleO’s (right) minecraft characters inspired by Tove Jansson’s Moomin illustrations.

Gem is standing with her left arm up and her right arm on her left shoulder, as if she’s streching and prepping for something. She has long dark wings. Her wings and arms are the same limb. She has tree branch or antler shaped dark horns. From the horns extends a dark section of the skin to the nose, framing the eyes. She has long fluffy hair on a braid, with a couple of leaves in her hair. Her arms and legs are dark. Her feet/shoes are pointy, it’s unclear weather it’s shoes or part of her body.

Gem’s species is labeled as ”hermit” and race is labeled as ”forest devil”. The design and race is mostly inspired by her season 11 demon theme. The ”forest” part of the race comes from other artists often drawing Gem with antlers, and Gem liking cottage core and nature in general (to my understanding lol) In this universe Gem is a sort of forest guardian and lives high up in trees, keeping watch of her forest.

Bdubs is standing and waving his right arm while smiling widely. He has a bandana around his head and flowers growing out of his hair. He’s enrobed in a thick layer of moss, it’s unclear wether it’s clothing or if it’s just growing out of his body. He has a dark nose, dark hands and feet.

(continues on the next pic (3/4) again) —>

(3/4)

(continuation from (2/4) !!) Bdubs’ species is labeled as ”hermit” and race is labeled as ”mossmitt”. The ”moss” part of the name comes from his love for moss and his moss farm shenanigans from season 11. The ”mitt” part is shortened from ”mitten”, which is a bit ironic since he has moss literally everywhere else except his hands and feet. In this universe he’s a guardian character similar to Gem, but more ground focused. He’s able to sleep anywhere in a forest because of his moss coat. His sleeping precense in a forest helps the whole forest settle down for the night.

(3/4 info starts here) Drawing of Grian’s minecraft character inspired by Tove Jansson’s Moomin illustrations.

Grian is standing with his arms crossed, looking smug. He has wings and most of his body has featers. His arms and wings are the same limbs, similar to Gem’s. He has long bird like nostrils but no beak. He has long pointy and featery ears and scruffy light hair. He has big bird like feet.

Grian’s species is labeled as ”hermit” and his race is labeled as ”?? poultry” with the added message ”girl idk”. My creativity ended I’m sorry. His design and ”race” are inspired by his pesky bird and poultry man shenanigans from past seasons. Many artists also draw him as a parrot, so that’s where I draw inspiration from too. I imagine Grian is the certified mischief provider in this universe. He often invites Gem into his schemes and she gladly joins.

Piloting struggles 🚀✨ Saw the Artemis II photos and locked tf in #art #illustration #scifi #scifiart #ocart #sketchbook

A Drawing of the inside of a space ship. This photo is the finished illustration.

There’s complicated wiring and pipes everywhere around the room. There’s no gravity. In the upper left corner there’s a tired looking space traveler working on a computer. In the bottom right corner there’s some sort of communication machine, the headphones attached to it are left floating in the air haphazardly. On the upper right corner there’s a window outiside, showing a moon or a planet.

Some hermitcraft sketches I did a while ago :> can’t decide on a scar design lol Excited for the charity event this weekend!! #hermitcraft #hermitcraft11 #geminitay #goodtimeswithscar

Sketch of Geminitay’s minecraft character. She has two sets of demon wings and is flying in a prepared and flowy pose. She is wearing a medieval inspired dress and has armor on her legs. She’s is intently looking to the left. Her hair and dress are flowing as she flies.

A drawing of a moment from the beginning of season 11 between gem and scar. In the first sketch Scar says: ”Look! The portal fixed itself !!”. Next to that sketch, is s drawing of a nether portal, with a crater right in front. The portal has dents and scrathes from the explosion and it’s still smoking. The portal is still working, despite it’s rough look. In the last sketch Gem states ”It’s a good thing you’re pretty” with a dissappointed but accepting tone. She has her arms crossed.

the council of astral perch seems to have taken an interest in you #art #fishart #fishsketch #fishillutration

an illustration of an astronaut floating in space, surrounded by three giant perch fish. It’s unclear what the intentions of the fish are. They seem to be circling the astronaut with interest. Only the back of the astronaut is shown, so it’s unclear how the astronaut is feeling, but their body language implies they’re apprehensive. This specific picture is cropped into a rectagle from the original. The full illustration is in the next picture of this post.

human(?) (or fairy) amy rose 🌹💥 my sonic phase lies dormant and awakens whenever #amyrose #amyrosefanart #sonic #art #sonicthehedgehog #sonicfanart #originalart #sketch #illustration

sketch of (human or fairy version) amy rose holding her hammer and looking furious. Her expression is angry and her eyes are shaded, as if she’s prepared for more battling. She has muddy shoes and scrapes over her hammer, as if she has already been battling for a while.

two sketches of (human or fairy version) amy rose. One on the left has her floating around with her arms and legs stretched cheerfully in front of her. She has a happy expression. She’s carrying her hammer on her back and has a little keychain of sonic hanging on the end of it. The sketch on the right is of Amy Rose’s face. She has a neutral smile, pointy ears and large eyes with heart pupils. The ”spikes” on her head point a bit more upward, similar to sonic’s spikes. She’s also wearing a bandana, which kind of creates an extra spike on her head.

One on the left is holding a scifi weapon and the one on the right has star shapes coming out of his hands to signify that he has some sort of superpowers
