Saw this fluffy ball in the recent #JetBrains Rider 2026.1 Nightly build published on April 16th, 2026. #Cats are absolutely welcome!

During a weekend one of us walked through @youtrack.cloud's timeline on Wayback Machine. "Wait, that's a bird? I thought it to be a telescope facing forwards!" was a reaction when they looked at the May 2014 snapshot.

Partial screenshot of JetBrains YouTrack 5.2 landing page from 2014. In the center there is an artwork of two flying YouTrack logos, one is accompanied by an envelope with "@" character on it, the other with "help!" label. The logos may look identical to birds as the envelopes are in their "beaks".
The bottom left text under the artwork is a "Buy & Upgrade" link. The top right is a language selection dropdown currently reading "English" in it. The middle part is a link suggesting to check out release notes of YouTrack 5.2, captioned "YouTrack 5.2 is out—look inside".

Of course it's the @jetbrains.com one!

An example of 404 error page used by JetBrains: it is a white page with a black square stylized like all JetBrains products' icons. The square holds number 404 in the top left corner and underscore in the bottom left corner.
Next to the 404 square, there is the following text:

UH-OH!
You surely know what this means.

We can't find the page you're looking for. Please use search or try starting from home.

The word "home" is a link to the JetBrains homepage. Under the paragraph there is a search form, currently holding "404" in the input field accompanied by Search button.

Our moments outside of business tasks with @vivaldi.com's Vivaldi Mail involved. One of us is doing an annual checkup of accounts to migrate to personal Vivaldi Mail account. Today they discovered they can move e-mail between accounts right within Vivaldi Mail's user interface in Vivaldi itself!

A snippet from Vivaldi Help linked at https://help.vivaldi.com/services/webmail/importing-and-exporting-emails/

Moving the emails from one account to another
Once you have set both accounts up, you can move emails from your current email service provider’s IMAP folders to Vivaldi’s IMAP folders. To move emails:
1. Select the emails using Ctrl/Shift key or by other means available in the mail client;
2. Right-click on one of the selected emails and select either Move to or Copy to (path and labels may vary).
3. Select the corresponding Vivaldi folder as the destination.
To move whole folders full of emails, hold down the Ctrl key and drag the folder to Vivaldi’s Inbox folder.

With help of @deathknight.bsky.social and @hw12.dev the problem of running Luxor, Luxor: Amun Rising and Luxor 2 from Steam is now gone after 13 years! Hayden did the most difficult part—a new wrapper that is compatible with Windows 8 and onwards; Steam DRM remains intact! modworkshop.net/mod/54642

On background, there is a Steam library window filtered to show only games that have "Luxor" in their name. The foreground window is "Luxor 1.0.5.34 S" (the original Luxor game developed by MumboJumbo LLC in 2005) at startup screen waiting for the player to click the "Click here to play" button. This window also conceals the Windows Command Prompt showing the operating system version the game runs on, which is Microsoft Windows 10.0.26200.7462, which represents Windows 11 25H2 with December 2025 security updates.

Ouch. Vivaldi 7.7 offers some interesting interactions in the @cloudflare.social's Turnstile `iframe` but there's no way to click there. Bug report time for @vivaldi.com, we guess?

Cloudflare Dashboard login prompt with blank email and password fields. The "Let us know you're human" area was expected to show Cloudflare Turnstile but it failed to load.
The page load failure notification from Vivaldi browser is covered by partially visible "While you wait, try the most powerful in-" text, which is an offer to play Vivaldia game, a game by Vivaldi browser developers that is accessible both on Speed Dial and on error pages in some conditions. There is no way to launch the game inside the Turnstile widget area as the buttons are outside visible area.

We still have our sealed #windows95 "For distribution with a new PC only" in our stash. Not voiding the seal as we cannot find that new PC that bundled this kit! 😅

A CD-ROM version of Russian Windows 95 copy facing Windows 95 Starts Here («С чего начинается Windows 95?» in Russian) interactive guide made by Microsoft Press Interactive. It conceals the still sealed jewel case of Windows 95 installation CD-ROM and the rear side of the Quick Start manual. All of that is packaged in a transparent heatshrink wrap untouched since it left the factory.

We got this one expanded to 1 MB of VRAM. To our despair, we confirmed ourselves that this graphics card is not capable of displaying more than basic 640x480 with 16 colors in Windows NT 4.0, so the VRAM upgrade was just a reason to put some spare chips to use.

OTI-077 VGA graphics adapter by Oak Technologies, designed in an ISA-16 board. The VRAM consists of four NPNX AAA1M304J-08 chips soldered on board and four GoldStar GM71C4256A-80 socketed chips. The mounting bracket is missing.
