I hope you're able to see a doctor. My sister had symptoms like yours and she was suffering from some kind of hormonal imbalance (I forget the exact name of the condition). I just know it wasn't just something she could power through or fix with a change in diet. Wishing you all the best.

Personally, what I love about being in Japan is not all the combini stuff or the quirky stationery that always get picked up on social media. It's the fact that I can wake up, go to the gym, make myself a coffee and tune in to watch hockey live. Makes wfh that much better. 🏒

関西弁について質問があります…ある漫画のセリフで「間違えて買った」を「まちがえてこうた」と言っていたのですが「まちごうてこうた」にはならないのですか？あと「ピンとこないぞ」を「ピンとこうへんで」と言っていたのですが「ピンとけえへんで」にはならないの？地域によって違うの？ちなみにこのキャラは京都の人です。

寝れない。 1日が24時間っていうのは絶対おかしい。だって昨日はめちゃくちゃ疲れてたからちゃんと早寝して9時間ぐらい寝たら今は全然眠たくない。だから夜ふかししちゃって、明日ダラダラしちゃう。一日が30時間ぐらいあったら自分の体内時計にとってパーフェクトなのに。 …って書いてるうちに眠たくなってきた。今がチャンスだ、おやすみ！

今日寝坊して焦ったけど、週末にインスタでちらっと見たレシピのおかげで１５分ぐらいでなんちゃってカルボナーラができた。ベーコンとにんにくをこんがりするまでオリーブオイルで炒めて、その後水入れて、沸騰したら塩昆布ひとつまみ入れて、パスタ入れて、袋に書かれてあるとおりの時間茹でて、時間が経ったらそこにチーズ、マヨネーズ、生卵投入。しっかり混ぜ混ぜして塩やらなんやらで味調整したら完成。
