Jayce is the kind of person who thinks growing up means becoming something bigger. Viktor is the kind of person who thinks it means surviving what you already are. You know?

📚✨ GUEST WRITER ANNOUNCEMENT ✨📚 We're so, so excited to welcome @stupidsarah69 as a guest writer to the zine! Coming-of-age is, at its core, a kind of beautiful unraveling. Sarah writes from directly within that feeling: bright, unguarded, and utterly alive with it.

Sarahtonin
Guest Author

hello, sarah here! i am so excited to be a part of this project! coming-of-age stories are my favorite trope to write and i am vibrating at max frequency from having the opportunity to participate in a zine dedicated to it. <3

🎨✨ GUEST ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT ✨🎨 We're beyond thrilled to welcome @Rakku_9 as a guest artist to the zine! There's something electric in the tension of being seen vs. hiding, of watching someone grow into themselves, and Raku captures that razor-edge feeling perfectly.

The trick is always to keep your eye on the target. Don't let them get agitated, scared, or run away. You must keep them from suspecting anything, from being afraid, from being alert. And never, ever take your eyes off them.

Somebody asked us how much experience and social media presence we're looking for in applicants, and the answer is: it doesn't matter! All applicants will be judged based on their work samples, not experience or social media presence.

Some clarification: the physical zine will be fully SFW, with an optional digital NSFW add-on for art + fic after both Jayce and Viktor are 18+. We love dead doves, but we're keeping them safe, healthy, and alive for this zine!
