“I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo. "So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”

Gandalf, Wizard from The Lord of the Rings trilogy from J.R.R. Tolkien is shown in closeup from the Peter Jackson adaptation as played by Ian McKellen, talking to Frodo inside the Mines of Moria.

Lunar eclipses are easier to observe, but imho not as spectacular as a solar one. Here is what we saw at the 28 July 2018 one:

This was the last big Europe Sun #eclipse (partial only, here) as projected at my hometown, on 3th October 2005. For the first time in my life, I will be able to see the totality, if clouds allow it.

Sun partial eclipse as seen on 2005-10-03 from my hometown. "Sun moons" can be seen to the right of the main projection.

While a commonly held mistaken view holds modern trade unionism to be a product of Marxism, the earliest modern trade unions predate Marx's Communist Manifesto (1848) by almost a century

The content our kids would deserve:

The Mr Beat YouTube Videos channel, with a clearly fake first video uploaded less than 1 hour ago, and with 1 Billion views. The title is "I Destroy the Capitalist System spending less than $500,000".

The thumbnail is dominated by a bright, saturated red background.

On the left side, there’s a smiling young man who appears to be MrBeast. He’s shown from the chest up, slightly angled toward the viewer, wearing a black hoodie. He has short light-brown hair, light facial hair, and a wide, friendly grin.

Behind him, still on the left side, there is a yellow hammer and sickle symbol with a star above it—associated with communism—standing out clearly against the red background.

On the right side, there’s a dramatic explosion shaped like a mushroom cloud. In front of the explosion floats a cartoon-style bundle of green cash with small white wings, as if it’s flying.

Across the lower-right area, the word “CAPITALISM” appears in large white capital letters, but it is crossed out with a thick, messy blue “X” drawn over it.

Overall, the image uses bold, high-contrast visuals—red background, political symbols, explosion imagery, and money—to suggest a dramatic or provocative theme about destroying or rejecting capitalism.

¡Cuidado!
