Happy Thanksgiving to all you Canadians out there. Have a great day, and do something nice for someone, just because.

My favorite line from the film (not word for word): "I got your note - 'Your dinner is in the oven. F.U.' It took me 10 minutes to realize you meant 'Felix Unger'."

Great album. 'Cala Luna' is a beautiful piece of music.

Today Sep 17. On this date in 1826 mathematician Bernhard Riemann was born. His profound, novel approaches to the study of geometry laid the mathematical foundation for the theory of relativity. Also made important contributions to theory of functions, complex analysis, and number theory.

This post, Donna, is a wonderful read. Thanks for sharing it! I suspect a good deal of what you shared resonates closely for many of us Rush fans - certainly did for me. Thanks again.

Max Webster is one band I regret not seeing when I was young.

If the future's looking dark We're the ones who have to shine If there's no one in control We're the ones who draw the line Though we live in trying times We're the ones who have to try Though we know that time has wings We're the ones who have to have to fly … #ThankGedItsFriday #RushFamily 🔩🎸🍷🎤🎹

Still grieving that I had to make the same call. Glad you were able too see night one in Toronto with your son!

So are you going to Montreal? I was so close to buying a ticket - my wife was coming with me to the city for a short holiday. But my house needs some love (as in reno love). If you go, wave to Geddy and Alex for me 😄

John Templeton @jwtempleton.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Agreed. Really happy for you that you could experience that with your son! That is a lifetime memory. I'm now trying to convince my wife that a Laboour Day weekend trip to Montreal would be a good idea...haha.

Thanks, Alexandros. Tonight's show was spectacular. I am inspired by Alex and Geddy playing at the top of their abilities later in life. Absolutely amazing shows - both nights I went.

I went to Hendersons last weekend and picked up one of their shirts (and a nice lithograph). Didn't pick up anything last night, but likely will tomorrow.

Rush was so great last night that I bought a ticket (regular price!) for the Thursday show! Looking forward to a second night of fantastic songs (with a good amount of change from last night). My wife is too good to me :)

It was great - I saw the Time Machine tour so that part of it was a repeat for me. Was hoping for some Power Windows tunes, but I'm not going to complain (also would have loved to see Natural Science like you did - a fav song).

Tonight I am blessed to be going to a Rush show in Toronto. Those three goofy guys have had a profound positive impact on my life - I'm so happy to be able to see them live again (bittersweet with Neil missing, but his memory is honoured).

Right back at you! I saw the Time Machine Tour, so Tuesday's show is a bit of a repeat for me, but Moving Pictures is so awesome I don't mind seeing them play it again :) - was hoping to see Marathon and/or Middletown Dreams (love Power Windows) but I'm seeing Rush and that's more than good enough!
