I make a lot of variations of the same kind of thing - veggies sautéed in white wine and garlic with some sort of protein. This was tempeh. Find other easy recipes on my site: nobullhealthyrecipes.com

"ChatGPT May Be Eroding Critical Thinking Skills, According to a New MIT Study" time.com/7295195/ai-c... - I don't think it's a "may" type of hypothesis anymore (article was from last summer).

I do see more and more young people rejecting social media and being online all the time as well as some technology (and going back to analog) and that is one thing giving me hope in the future.

That said, what they were not expecting is a backlash. They assumed, like tech billionaires do,there would be near 100% acceptance of what they built. It's other humans who are noticing there are still benefits to working with other humans and what humans can provide over programmed "intelligence"

"Some of the richest people on the planet have poured billions into a plagiarism machine because they are so utterly desperate to be us" IMO they poured billions into this because they're seeking to make even more billions out of it. They don't give a shit about creativity.

I'll say what I do every New Years Eve... may we all be here to celebrate it next year. I hope everyone enjoys healthy, happiness and prosperity in the new year. ✨

I just lost an entire Friday night to discovering a whole ton of people making really interesting things off of suggestions from Instagram. You got me, algorithm, but no regrets. Gonna inspire me to make more interesting things myself in 2026 and beyond.

I went to a goth club last night and it was great fun. They actually played some old 80s tunes (like Love and Rockets) but all the music was great. 🦇

a2) TBH 98% of my clients continue to work with me, but for the 2% who don't I cover them with my "Worry-free web maintenance" for 30 days. During that time, I schedule admin walk through/hand off + also deliver any files from the project they would like (I hold nothing "hostage"). #FreelanceFriends

That is awesome, Sandy! I'm someone who has very long client retention as well. As for the raising of the rates, with my long term folks, I do bump that up as the years go by and they're very understanding. #FreelanceFriends

I am a file packrat! I just learned over time that so many clients are not ... and they lose files and then I am the go-to for file retrieval. Only I have all my folders on external backup drives. #FreelanceFriends

About a month ago I discovered there's an apple tree growing in amongst a bunch of ash trees and brambles at the end of my property. I picked some today and they were delicious.

The cabinet had to remain open for a few hours tonight as 3 out of 4 cats had to take a turn napping in the pulled out drawer (I was getting out Halloween table runner and things).

I didn't know who he was either and I'm online constantly (build websites for a living) BUT, I try to be super mindful of how much I expose myself to online (for self preservation reasons). 1st thing I saw though yesterday was the video while taking a break and scrolling, then I had to look him up.
