I think others following ship movements have posted this. If correct the first tanker carrying 230,000 tonnes of various fuels left St. Petersburg before the Trump announcement and is off the Easter seaboard of the USA, as far as I am aware? Can anyone confirm?

Meanwhile I believe the tanker carrying 230,000 (?) Tonnes of various fuels from St. Petersburg is near the Eastern Seaboard of the USA. That means the 'Diesel Deal' must have been agreed before the Trump announcement?

Not just that but the DG's thinks, towards online only - eventually. He said this last month, so expect to lose the 'Linear' way of Receiving Radio & then TV from Transmitters in the countryside to the internet. Neither BBC nor ITV, CH4 & 5 own the Tx 's as they were outsourced. LW closed, MW next.

Is the population getting ‘wind’ of these losses in the Russian Military? 2020 yesterday ! It’s risen from less than 1000 to this level of losses over the last few months.

This published yesterday I think, would probably be the most up to date reasoning for the Status Quo, but with all the usual caveats of how as Nations of people with a common Human Rights can work together & improve lives. p.s. I’m not a ‘nerd in law’ - retired from broadcast engineering! 😊

The Merchant Navies of World Trade have crews on Ocean ships somewhere 24/7. Vulnerable to weather, recession & war, not the highest paid on Earth, & away from families. To often forgotten and now with these Regional Wars can lose their life just by being at the helm or in the engine room.

This side of ‘The Pond’ the £9 gallon of diesel had arrived, with petrol at £8 . (Averages). Prices in litres from the ‘Fuel Finder’ app. Updated daily. (Obviously our gallon is bigger than US’s, but just as much stress on economy) Maps of Birmingham area. Highest prices on Motorways - 214.9p/litre.

Same across this side of ‘ThePond!’ Typical diesel prices now around Birmingham in litres, so that’s around £9 gallon. (Obviously our gallon is a bit bigger than yours but same stress on our economy.) And from petrol map about 20 pence/litre cheaper so around £8 UK gallon. These maps update daily.

Well these were issued in the 1970’s but not used. I won’t be surprised if diesel is rationed for private cars so that logistics & public transport have a barrel or two. Probably an ‘app’ rather than WWII papers stapled together!

Well it may well be that a ‘Union’ flag will be amongst the others flying outside the EU HQ’s soon, as Canada under Carney really gathers momentum to access. Might just have to be the 🇨🇦 flag though as British Columbia’s flag & all the others would not have room in Berlaymont, nor Strasbourg.

There has to be Revolution in Russia with enough underground opposition to remove Putin & all around him. It’s 110yrs since the October Revolution. The next one ought to be in September.

The pathways to a Unity Referendum are well researched by UCL’s Constitution Unit. Quite surprised the new PM isn’t aware of all of this firmly showing the pathways, particularly as it is entirely for the voices of the people of NI with the people of the RoI to follow on with their decision after.

But until all or any part of GB gets their collective acts together, issues such as on this thread continue.

ECHR is in 3 International agreements & 1 Constitutional. 1998 Belfast agreement 2000 WA & T&CA with the EU. Art’s 165/6 of WA has specific ref’ to Good Friday Agreement. 1998 (modified) Scotland Devolution. ECHR within that, only Scots Voters/Parliament can change that.

Opposite the UK's Houses of Parliament on the River Thames embankment is the Memorial Wall to those who died in the Covid epidemic. Small red hearts for large lives lost painted on respectfully by any relation or friend. Perhaps a little message, touched up regularly by those who care. We remember.

Maybe there will be a ‘grass roots’ uprising before an October Revolution 2.0 in 2026? On July 4th 1917 it started in Petrograd. Maybe the shortages building up now in Russia that affects all the ordinary population will be what ‘lights the touch paper?’

This document explains the 1998 act of devolution is a ‘given’ for Scottish voters to elect their Parl’ & Gov. Within is the ECHR. Only Scot’s can vote it out of their Constitution. Also in 1998 the Good Friday International Agreement with the RoI. Within is the ECHR. Two more - WA & T&CA with EU.
