The aftermath... Clearly, I need to work on the timing. I shouldn't be pulling them out of the smoker after midnight. But it's pretty damn tasty! Both the pork belly and country style ribs came out great. Need to try brining. I'm only saucing one batch tonight. I'll save the rest for next week.🍖🥩🤤
