Watched the new Hathaway movie. Loved the sequences with updates on the Char’s counterattack animation. Thought the climax was pretty cool. Didn’t have the unique battle vantage point the first one had when they were fighting in the city though. Also want to build this thing now.👇 #gundamhathaway

Still want to matte coat but it is challenging on the ship as they frown open flammable substances 😂😂😂. Pleased overall with the final product in an austere environment. #domtroppen #gundam #uc #zeon

Still on deployment and eeking out robot time when I can. Dom Tropen WIP. Second 144 Dom and I like how little bits of detail go a long way on these kits. Also an easy straightforward build. #gundam #domtropen

I’m a dumbass. Was excited when I found this in store up in San Fran. Didn’t realize the kit was missing runners for the shield, beam rifle and bazooka. I’ll check next time for sure! Cool kit and first one I’ve never touched, used gloves the whole time. #gundam #MG100 #missingsomestuff

Gold core fighter aka finger print magnet. Easy kit so far because there is no sanding, just cutting nubs very close and hitting them with a gold Gaahleri marker. #gundam #gunpla

I wasn’t patient so it didn’t turn out as nice as it could have. Clear coated when it was too cold and got a “frost” coat. Luckily, the sun was out so I hit it again and put the pieces in the sun. I didn’t take my time masking the gold highlights either. 🫠 #gundam #gunpla #zetagundam

Finishing up this Gundam MK-II Real Type. I think I’ve spent more time applying waterslides than I did building the kit. The Bandai decals that come with it are dope. #gundam #zetagundam #gundammkII #gunpla

Rick Dom complete. Badass looking kit but some of the parts are janky (red visor and hands). Love the spread finger hand sculpt and weapons. Used three different Bandai water slide sheets (Dom, Zeong and Char Zaku I). Color details with Sharpie Creative Markers. #Gundam #Dom #Gunpla #Zeon

Still at school but I have time to build robots. I wanted to try these markers out and I’m pleased. It takes multiple coats and I wouldn’t attempt coverage and of an area any bigger than this. I used a toothpick to clean up the edges and this will definitely require a clear coat. #gundam #rickdom

The Navy sent me to school for a couple weeks in VA. I didn’t bring any kits or tools b/c I figured I’d be pretty busy. Well, class gets out at 1000 everyday and I am done working out by 1300. Made a visit to Hobby Town and it looks like it is DOM time… #gunpla #rick-dom #zeonic

I liked the design since I first saw the promos for the movie and I absolutely love it after building the kit. Downsides are the karate hand and a lack of pivot in the soles of the feet. G-Rework decals are great, they really break up all the blue real estate. #gquuuuuux #zaku #gundam

I go to the Movies once every few months when something really catches my eye. Went to see One Battle After Another and HOLY SHIT was it good. Relevant societal issues, killer musical score, Benicio kills and just a great movie experience start to finish. #onebattleafteranother
