I took a break from mainstream socials and deactivated my FB. So if I’m missing from yours, I didn’t unfriend or block. I’m just trying hard to avoid things that cause me stress/anxiety so I don’t keep having physical symptoms of overload.

Life be life-ing. There’s a tedious balance between being inspired and feeling disconnected. This week was good though! I went out with some girlfriends and didn’t get home until late. There’s still a lot to figure out but it’s all temporary. ☺️ That’s it!

Had another angry/sad night and a very big cry. Now I’m just kind of drying out. I need to shower. I have to get up early, but my brain is in overdrive right now. I’m glad I saw my doctor today so she could adjust my buspar dosage. I think I will take 2 tonight.

I’ve been really cryptic, but it will likely be out before too long because he keeps posting all the stuff he’s doing without his wife on his socials. Which is dumb, considering he still hasn’t told the kids. We’ve been separated since Sept/Oct. I told him I wanted a divorce.

I super duper suck at updating this thing. Lots has happened. I started prioritizing myself and my peace. I have been enforcing my boundaries and feeling my feelings instead of stuffing them down. I’m still trying to figure it out, but aren’t we all? I’ll try to update more. 😅

My son had a sensory meltdown at my dad’s birthday dinner. He ended up busting my lip while I tried to calm him. We left and took him home. He’s never acted like that in a restaurant before.

Trip went way better than expected. I got to meet some goals, cross items off my bucket list and it gave me a really good boost of energy and resolve. On the other hand, transitioning back to regular life has been a challenge. Not like PCD. Something deeper which makes me feel a little unsettled.

I have writer’s block, so I’ve been rewatching Bridgerton and doing other busy work. I’m excited to go to Dallas in a couple weeks, but also woefully unready in terms of flying there. Southwest has always been a steadfast choice, but I’m not pleased with all the changes they have made this year.

I got my wax done today and it wasn’t as painful as I anticipated. My legs kinda jerked a little (I apologized at least like 5 times), but it wasn’t bad at all. I never thought I would ever lay on a table butt ass nekkid so a stranger could pour hot wax on me, but we grow more every day. 😅

80% + of our payments come from Medicare in hospice. We are a nonprofit, community based hospice. There are some hospice patients in our community where we are the only people who come check on them. Without Medicare reimbursement, we can’t provide medications, supplies or equipment.
