Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 1hIt amazes me how often professional defenders at all levels of the game just lose sight of the greatest player of all time. I'm convinced Messi has a super power to make opposition forget he exists in the box. #InterMiamiCF #mls 000

Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Tillman has been utter trash today. The CBs are too eager to cough up possession from long balls. #USMNT 100

Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 04/10/2026The #USMNT is lacking any midfield rhythm. It's screaming for Musah in there to hold the ball. You can forgive them for the very young squad. It doesn't help that your vets are forcing errors and heavy touches. 011

Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 25/09/2026It was a ride for Osprey. I just played Merv a couple days ago. Shame we're losing an accomplished publisher. 121
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 24/09/2026At least you have some momentum to build from for your next campaign if you're seeing that growth. But, let's be real, Kickstarter & Gamefound have been overtaken by the bigger publishers as storefronts. It is swiping visibility away from the indie designers trying to get their games out there. 010
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 24/09/2026Can only speak on Courtisans. Good filler game. If you like stock manipulation games (it's sort of one) you'll likely enjoy this one. Works best at 4-5 players. The cloth "board" can get really wrinkly. If you sleeve cards, you'll have a very hard time finding the right tarot size. B+ 100
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 24/09/2026And even if you do the groundwork, build a strong following before the campaign starts, it may not work. Siclen Valley (Siclen Studios) is having this same issue on Kickstarter. They even posted videos about their ordeal, even though they have "funded" their game. Add the economy...it's dicey. 110
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 24/09/2026I think the crowdfunding stage is having the same issues as the movie industry. Almost every week there is one huge campaign that sucks the air out of the room. Yesterday Electricity (AEG/John D. Clair), City of Big Machine & Dale of Merchants came out and took all the attention. 100

Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 27/08/2026If you want to bring in the casual LigaMX fan into the MLS fold, you punt that if you still can't beat the best teams from Mexico. It actually reenforces the notion that MLS still a step below LigaMX, which is not so cut and dry, but now between CCC and LCup, MLS has nothing to show for. 000
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 27/08/2026I would normally agree, but the LigaMX side had their perennial best teams advance (Toluca, Club América, Monterrey) with an even tougher go at it since they mostly played on the road. We can't say, tough break for MLS teams with a favorable format and dismiss what MX teams did. 000
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 27/08/2026I mean, Nashville, Miami, Vancouver and LAFC had a chance to take the reins in this competition for MLS and didn't. 140
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 27/08/2026Good. This either wakes up MLS owners the league has hit a wall with its outdated roster spend model, or they kick this useless competition to the curb. 030

Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 26/08/2026What an asshat. Just let the designer/publisher handle their own distribution of their creation. Simple logistics will determine what capacity they can successfully deliver. Also, it's so easy to suggest a greater investment if you aren't the one saddled with overstock if the game doesn't sell. 020
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 26/08/2026Wait, so you were successful in meeting your 100 stock quota and they were still miserable? 330
Just Coasting @justcoasting.bsky.social · 26/08/2026I think his style of video, the format itself, can be a grind since he has to map out a playthrough to hit all possible points, edgecases and game states to display an encompassing understanding of the game being played. The editing, script writing and shot selection/story boarding must be massive. 010
