I only want it to rain… For the clouds to roll in and not leave me crushed under their weight yet left dry as a rock. I want the wind to blow and the earth to heal. I want petrichor to invade my cave and make me feel at home. I want to hear every drip and every drop as they play a soothing symphony…

Whoever in your society decided to make I and l (and often O and 0 as well) so hard to differentiate needs to be punished for crime against Humanity. Any self-respecting font designer should make them easily distinguishable. Anything else is incompetence. - A slightly annoyed Absol

Most normal Okami (HD) screenshot.

Screenshot of the game "Okami", specifically, "Okami HD" on PC. The screenshot shows Amaterasu holding Mushi's dog Hayabusa in her mouth, while having Susano on riding on her back. They are at the beginning of the game, in the Kamiki Village. There is much rock to be sliced.

I sang parts of Halo 3's main theme from the heart of my cave. Later, I heard from various Pokémon down the valley that they heard "an angel sing from all directions", and that some trainers thought Arceus was here… I feel so complimented, yet cannot admit that it was me…! The mystery shall remain.

It is funny the amount of humans that wondered if I was a girl or a boy today in the town… Do we Absols look this androgynous?

Today, I had the oppoltunity to taste ice cream sandwiches for the first time in my life. In *totally* unrelated news, I gained 2kg in a single day, and I feel like my teeth are disintegrating… Woopsies. Hm… Someone is cooking meat… Aaahh, this is why I should avoid staying near human settlements!

Absol laying down on the grass, legs spread out lazily as it eyes some delicious-looking saucage being cooked… Or maybe it eyes you.

There are two Absols inside me. One wants to be alone and untouched (see reply below). The other is a complete sucker for any form of pampering and love (see artwork below). Who I am depends mostly on whom I interact with…

If I sleep when not tired enough, I always have a nightmare where I think that I am waking up from a nightmare, but then feel like I am dying or in great danger. If too tired, the same happens. In them, I always try to talk or scream, and when I forcefully wake myself up, I have a small headache.

I always bash my head against a wall when I have to convert dates from here to your 7 days weeks… And the 28, 30, 31 days months… I find it eternally silly that, for example, a Monday is not always the 1st, 11th, and 21st day of the month. Maybe I am just not used to it enough… - A confused Absol

Something pretty stupid happened: I felt a minor natural danger coming, but did not know what it was. Barely a minute later, I find myself sneezing extremely hard (I thought my lungs were going to explode for a moment…), which was followed by a small avalanche right above my cave. Snow everywhere…

To any other Absols out in the Bluesky wild… Does your horn ever get super sensitive for no reason out of nowhere? As in, not sensing natural disasters or the like, but really sensitive physically. I tried to rub it against my paw, but while it felt better, it was too sensitive to continue…

I keep thinking about the almost-total eclipse that happened here in Northern Kalos. It was an incredible sight, though I am still envious at the folks in the south west… I looked at it with my eyeballs all the way; Others could handle taking pictures and the likes. It is a day I will not forget.

The human that does the electrical work in my cave came by today, and he had a baby with him! I did not know that he had a mate, let alone a child… However, I question the safety of bringing his daughter all the way here; It can be really dangerous, so I am both glad to see it and also concerned!
