Rewarding and somewhat beautiful gym today - back squats almost warping the gravity! #fitfor47 #powerlifting

Jussi Roine @jussiroine.com · 04/02/2025

Such a great feeling - previous trauma about healed, can push pretty hard at the gym again. No backsquats since late 2023 - feels amazing to squat now 💪 #fitfor47 #powerlifting

First work day of 2025 in the new city office for me. Still relying on my phone for connectivity, but seems to work pretty well in the heart of #Helsinki. Happy to get going again!

I'm not a morning gym person, but today I am a morning gym person. Easy, slow, and thoughtful session. #fitfor47 #powerlifting

What a splendid finish for the year! Five years ago I set a very specific goal for the gym, and today I achieved that 🥳💪 New goals needed for the next five years.

First, you're 20 years old, frolicking in life, and before you know it, you're 47 and ready to buy your first ash vacuum cleaner and feeling pretty amped about it.

Sweet! I'm able to edit all data fields in `About`, but under `Contact` the visual cue for allowed edit appears, but I cannot type anything. I'm so out of sync why/where this is controlled but just a bit weird end user experience like this.
