The general counsel uploaded a picture on Linkedin showing the web panel of Paragon's spyware. The panel shows a phone number in Czechia, Apps, Accounts, media on the phone, the interception status and numbers extracted from social media applications.

Great reporting by @lorenzofb.bsky.social who got Memento Lab's CEO, Paolo Lezzi, to admit they also use Teamviewer(??) to login to remote customer systems if they are asked to help with technical problems. Bizarre. techcrunch.com/2025/12/04/s...

Support staff from Intellexa can even see which stage the infection process went through. In this case stage 2 and stage 3.

The video in question reveals "EAGLE_2" as customer which seems to be an customer located in Kazakhstan, a country we previously identified to be a customer of Intellexa. But this evidence confirms civil society's work over the years of correctly identifying customers.

The Netherlands is slipping on the democracy index and thats worrisome.
Dutch Bar Association: the vast majority of parties have plans that conflict with the rule of law
Twelve of the fifteen parties in the House of Representatives have plans that go against the rule of law. The Dutch Bar Association (NOvA) concludes this after examining the election manifestos. The PVV and Forum for Democracy (FVD) take the cake. In at least 30 cases, plans by these parties are unlawful, says an independent committee of the professional organization for lawyers.

Utimaco's 'lawful interception" division (that makes the LIMS software we just covered in our Shadows of Control report) got acquired by Invision AG and PINOVA. www.invision.ch/en/invision-...
Invision AG and PINOVA acquire Utimaco’s Lawful Interception Business

The transaction represents a carve-out of Utimaco Telecom Solutions (UTS), a business unit of the Utimaco Group.

Stefan Auerbach, CEO of Utimaco, shared:
“UTS has been an important and valuable part of Utimaco’s development for many years. We believe separating the business units and allowing each to focus fully on their core competencies is the right step to optimally position both companies for the future. With INVISION and PINOVA, two new owners have been found who understand and want to expand the value and potential of the Utimaco TS business. We are confident in the success of the new company and will remain connected to our former colleagues as partners in ongoing and new projects.”

The Pakistani PTA just reacted to our reporting on the firewall (WMS 2.0). Which they denied is true, but at the same time they're admitting using it as a surveillance tool: www.arabnews.pk/node/2616727...
The government has denied it is using an Internet firewall to censor critics, while official said it would be used to protect government networks from attacks and to allow authorities to identify IP addresses associated with “anti-state propaganda.”

I just got a FOIA result back that indicated the Dutch MoD's Operational Support Command Land was interested in acquiring two WiSpear(#Intellexa) WiFi interception devices in 2017. Ultimately, the deal didn't go through. No spyware was to be included.

We'll see more and more n-days being abused in the future by spyware makers and forensic software. N-days is all you need for the majority of cases, you don't usually need shortlived 0day.

NSO Group would like to wish you a happy 76th birthday of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Maybe some day NSO Group will come clean on their own human rights violations! It's the human rights organisations that are wrong about this of course ;-)
NSO Group on Linkedin says:

"Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person."
(UDHR, Article 3)

"No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with their privacy, family, home, or correspondence, nor to attacks upon their honour and reputation."
(UDHR, Article 12)

Today, we commemorate the 76th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), a cornerstone of global efforts to uphold dignity, equality, and justice for all.
