CW: blood Was in a bummer mood a few days ago so bummer moods call for angst art of Promptis (I'm feeling much better now)

A pencil sketch of a battle-weary Noctis (blood and all) limply holding a short blade while Prompto (who has blood splatters on his face and shoulder) embraces him from behind, with a look of concern on his face.

𝙔𝙤𝙟𝙞 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙖𝙬𝙖 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 Trance Kuja - Final Fantasy IX #FFIX #FinalFantasy9 #FF9 Commission for @marcodmeatball.bsky.social

Trance Kuja is one of the characters in Final Fantasy IX, being the second form to regular Kuja. He is holding two orbs of energy, one in each hand. His head is facing us, while his body slightly faces off to our right, giving a 3/4 or diagonal view of his body. His body is covered in sharp feathers, that are almost scale-like in appearance, in place of actual clothing. He has a tail flowing behind him. What seems to be ripped cloth hangs from his waist line, aside from the front. His forearms are surrounded by what look like more cloth wraps, swirling and spiralling outwards towards the end of his arms like tornadoes. I don't know the character myself, so they might actually be little tornadoes of wind magic.

I have drawn him in my abstract style heavily inspired by Yoji Shinkawa, artist and designer of the Metal Gear series, amongst others. The style focuses on use of extreme values in black and white to create shape, energy and motion on the page.

Taking a break from my agegap Promptis Dissidia Duellum doujin to work on my usual agegap Promptis material, which is a more unapologetically fanservicey piece 🙏

A comic WIP in pencil. Prompto appears to be asleep. His shirt is bunched up and his shorts kinda riding up/bunched a bit to show a little cheek. Panel 2 has Noctis admiring respectfully. Panel 3 is a more cartoonish Noctis with a halo over his head and peach emoji in the background. Text underneath reads: "Ahem. I am a good boy."

Dogs Been working on drawing dogs this past week (last week and this week). There's still more stuff to work on #comic #doujin #wip #digitalart #digitalsketch #sketch #art #Dissidia

A 3 page spread of a doujin with blue and red marks drawings. First page, one person is speaking, next to them a dog; next panel is a confused person and dog; middle panel is two characters talking, there's no dialog yet; final set of panels is a person talking and two dogs sitting, the dogs are not to scale, I'll do it at a later time. Second page, top half of the panel there are two panels of people talking and on the last panel is a dog wagging their tail; bottom panel is a preview of a park and a person with a surprised expression. Third page is a collage of photographs of dogs and playing with the dogs, the final bottom picture is a person sleeping next to two dogs.
Everything is still in the rough stages, last week I was working on the dogs and they are more or less defined except for the photos collage part, I still need to work on the humans and then the background 😬

Using Dissidia Duellum as an excuse to make (agegap) Promptis doujin Hopefully I can finish it before the game hits End of Service ✌️😅

A rough pencil sketch of a comic page of an older, bespectacled Noctis sitting somewhere and looking at his phone.

Another rough draft of a comic page. Noctis and Prompto are at a coffee shop and hanging out. Prompto is drinking a fun drink in panel 1, Noctis a standard latte in panel 2. Panel 3 is roughed out with what will be buildings and dialogue balloon placeholders. Panel 4 shows the pair walking, their body language relaxes
Panel 5 has Noct looking cute. I haven't drawn his glasses yet ^^;

Another comic page rough draft between Noctis and Prompto. Panel 1 shows the two standing across from each other. Panels 3 through 5 are basically dialogue exchanges. Panel 6-Prompto is giving a look. Panel 7 he's turned back around. I haven't drawn Noctis's beard in yet D:

Noctis in a mod where he's sporting Clive's outfit. He caught a fish! This is the closest to a fishing minigame we will get in FFXVI. You're welcome.

Noctis in the Clive outfit mod leaning forward a bit. Please look respectfully.

Noctis in the Clive mod in a cave (Fociaugh Hollow).

Noctis in the Clive mod, standing in the rain and looking up. He lookin' like a Medieval Leather Daddy

A digitally coloured illustration of Noctis wearing nothing but a ribbon. It's not covered up much, but that's okay. There is a sticker that says "Do not open until Christmas" slapped on *his* left cheek.
