After somehow managing to get away with it for several games in a row, Capcom is finally letting us re-edit our character appearances for free in Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance 😭

Whenever there's a hammer user in a cutscene, always remember C.H.U.M.S. (Cinematic Hammer Upswing Money Shot)

So if they use "threefold slice" but it hits FIVE times, then 3 and 5 will need to be swapped for the limit cut mechanic later. As the fight goes on and the boss gets more damaged, more numerical attacks get scrambled which lead up to another limit cut that has even more instances of swapped numbers

FFXIV robot boss that has a limit cut mechanic but they also have dyscalculia, so they hit the party in a "random" order. Before that however, the boss uses attacks named like "threefold slice", except it's not three slices. You'll have to remember what "3" is swapped with for limit cut later.

I have a lot of EXPERT, PROFESSIONAL opinions that I want to express about Monster Hunter and FFXIV, but I never really post them on Twitter because of how easily text is misconstrued Maybe I should give streaming a shot...

Not going to spoil what exactly it is, but the latest Hildibrand quest does something so uncanny with an NPC's face that I am shocked that it came from the developers themselves and not from some player's modded gpose album.

There's literally 3/4 of a light party here lol. Hoary Boulder showing up in the extended CG trailer to join these three as the new tank would honestly be so hype I'm hoping Hoary Boulder gets more involved with the MSQ for patch 7.56

I've always said that a pvp mode that pushes an average winrate of 33% will feel bad no matter what. That's why the only way they can get people to participate is to give exp and rewards out the wazoo. The game mode itself is just not fun unless you're winning, which is only a third of the time

Hi, this looks cool! Just a quick question: is there any exporting capabilities for exporting an animation into something like an .fbx to use in Blender?

I know your heart is in the right place, but I really wish folks would just ignore when stuff like this happens. It does nothing but just draw attention to it. Like, it's literally what the creators of the subject matter want
