I did some art inspired by the song Preybirds (the watched version) by Rabbitology & Sparkbird Featuring my #oc Paige Green who I’ll be playing in a Delta Green game soon (hopefully) Mediums where collage and paint pen #characterart #ttrpgs #music

A page full of eyes surrounds a disheveled woman with curly faded-orange hair wearing a purple knit vest and rumpled business-casual clothes.

The same piece, but zoomed out so you can see the eyes that go off the edge of the paper

New profile/self portrait for spooky season :) This one is watercolor and ink pen

A vibrantly colored watercolor painting of a person in a purple witch’s hat (adorned with various trinkets) with blue hair and a green jacket. Holds a pencil in one hand and little weird shadowy beings with eyes float in the background

I did some art of the cast of characters in my All Night Breakfast at the Midnight Owl #solottrpg game. I was really enjoying the shading and tone/vibe of this piece, as well as coming up with designs for several characters. I’m really pleased with how it turned out :) #oc #cosydark #art

🌱 PLEASE HELP US NOT BE EVICTED 🌱 Turns out we may be evicted if we don’t come up with the rent money and for utilities for October. This would be a HUGE help and reliever if we could have this goal met. Partner was fired from his job this month. We’re struggling. ko-fi.com/missalppy/go...

Just finished this piece inspired by the song Mykonos by Fleet Foxes! I really enjoyed putting a strange, surreal take on it and would definitely like to revisit this style. #artwork #surrealism #music

In a possibly underwater pine forest, a person in a brown hoody, sandals and sweat pants, lays suspended (maybe asleep). bubbles rise around them as if they are loosing air or falling? Fox or wolf-like creatures (some with oddly human features) stare toward the figure. The creature’s tails all trail, ghostlike, back toward the person’s head

A little piece inspired by an Ursula K Le Guin quote that reminded me of one of my ocs :) Featured character: Rain Nelson, supernatural investigator and podcaster #characterart #oc #literaryquotes

A person in a yellow raincoat and boots holds their bandaged arms out to their sides in the center of the piece. The orange outlines of a crown, antlers, and cloth wings are arrayed behind them. In the same orange is the quote “[…] I am an artist and therefore a liar. Don’t listen to me. I am telling the truth.” -Ursula K Le Guin

Another way to support me since I still need to earn money for my phone bill coming up on the 17th, is through my shop! I finally updated the stock I have. ;w; I even added a print I forgot to add before. So if you'd like to help, an order would be cool! I've only had 4 so far mxalppy.bigcartel.com

One of my all time favorite podcasts ever, RPG Major, just got to 100-ish episodes! I started this piece a bit ago, but I figured today would be a great day to finish and post it! #fanart #RPGMajor

Two women clasping hands, a light between them. The lyrics “you, you’re a lighthouse. I’m a spinning, spinning compass. You can be my North Star and I’ll be whoever Aubrey Stump is” frame the two friends

Some art of a character I played in a ttrpg playtest They are a kitsune named Turmeric who was assigned to work as an intermediary between gods and mortals, and they’re not really thrilled about it. She’d rather just run her apothecary and occasionally mess with people. #oc #ttrpgs #characterart

A person with orange hair sits at a desk, leaning over a mortar and pestle. They wear a tight glowing necklace. The outlines of five fox tails, distant mountains, and a single star are also present.

I’ve been doing more watercolor! I just finished a pare of pieces for two ocs of mine The one with the ferns is an outgoing and reckless explorer named Fernweh and the one with the ivy is an anxious, homebody engineer named Toska (her pet deer Jamani is also featured) #characterart #oc #fantasy

A perky person in light cloths wearing a large backpack jaunts through a slightly abstract patch of ferns. They look in wonder up at some floating fronds above them

A woman in heavy flowing clothes lays on a bed of ivy, some of which twists around her. A small white deer snuggles up to her side

Did some art of a character I played once in a rules-light ttrpg that our GM had made The character’s name is Edelweiss and she is an outcast academic desperately trying to prove the supernatural exists I might use her again if I ever play Vaesen or something similar #characterart #oc #ttrpg

A woman in 1900s cold weather cloths is posed in the center of the canvas, holding glowing pieces of a torn map. Glowing splotches spread out from behind her. Distorted and overlapping words cover the background of the pice, and ink encroaches on the edges, covering parts of the character

Did some art of my character for All Night Breakfast at the Midnight Owl. It’s a solo supernatural investigation/podcast hosting game that I’m quite enjoying This is Rain Nelson. They are bluntly honest, subtly stubborn and full of paranoid practicality #ttrpg #solottrpg #characterart #oc

An androgynous individual wearing a dusty yellow raincoat holds out their phone to record an interview. They have a calm, but slightly concerned expression. They’re also wearing a hiking pouch (around their waist) and a bandanna (around their neck)

I’ve been working on improving my emotion based pieces, since I mainly do character art This one is inspired by my anxiety when traveling through city streets Let me know if it has that effect

A person stands in a street of nonsensical crosswalks. The cars parked in random directions around them are sketchy and begin to glitch around the canvas edges. There’s no way of telling where the light is coming from, as the figure’s shadows overlap in a star around them

Trying a more graphic-design-like style & messing around with some value play. Pice inspired by the story of Icarus

A person falls through the air away from the sun at the top of the canvas, with melting wings falling apart on his back. All in greyscale

A woman in a red leather coat, one hand holding a billowing net & the other in a gesture of welcome. The shadows of two other women loom behind her

A woman with wild auburn hair, trapped between two worlds. One fantastical where she holds a scepter and wears whimsical royal garb. The other mundane, she wears a flower patterned shirt & is surrounded with reflections of herself

A man in a grey jacket and hat with a blue feather. A crowd of shadows look on behind him. Two crowns, one of plants and one of iron frame him
