My Bianchi Aria e-bike only assists me up to 15mph, anything over that is all me, going downhill I can reach speeds around 25mph. If I stop peddling my e-bike on the flat or up hill I stop. My e-bike does not have a throttle. As far as I’m concerned anything with a throttle is an e-scooter.
