When my nephew was a kid, he hated it and my brother tried to force him to hug me. No way, I let him lead. Over time he initiated hugs. 💞 010

I usually bring a properly-sized cuff with me, because a too-small cuff also reads your BP as artificially high. The doctor can use my manual cuff, office tech people sometimes can't. Good luck! 010
