NFL would probably react more strongly

I think they will be. Something like Melton as the slot/Golden’s backup. Savion as Christian’s backup and Sturdivant as the reserve. They used Golden as PR and then had Melton/Sturdivant as KR. I wonder if Domani comes up to play SPT as a non returner (Melton can’t jam and return at the same time)

God damn lol. I’m from the gorge so I coached in Hood River and Portland. I think smallest program I’ve been in had like 30+ kids. 4A during Covid. We just had two teams instead of FR/JV/Varsity. HR probably had 70 every year I was there as coach/player

010

Also been on the other side, where another team didn’t have enough kids for JV. I was SPT cord and they asked if we could just auto to the 25 instead of punt. I wasn’t happy, but I wasn’t gonna make kids so something they never did in practice.

Oh that’s nuts Some teams just only onside kick (they don’t want to practice kickoff) so I thought maybe that’s what happened. I’ve coached against teams like that. Going against a varsity unit with 17 though…just run the clock and get out of there

Idk if there’s been a worse pair than what we had man

080

RZ defense + penalties on O still iffy but agree!

050

They at least called earlier this year (Jacobs is gonna be back eventually, I don’t think they make a move)

190

He’s never practiced at LB. Same with Oliver

Yes but I’ll get yelled at by the beat if I mention him

150

Mix of last two games on O. Basically anything but the falcons game on D

160

Like 7-8. We can pass and we can blitz. There’s worse lives to live

060

I root for the team with yellow hats and yellow pants. No!

Man Jennings and Monk were rough

O (I’ve only seen tweets) The AD canned him at the half? Must be more than just the onside kick

110

I think they’ll backfill with Campbell/Brinson/Riley

150

He was iffy in the run game in W4 but better this week IMO FWIW

This would be the #2 thing I’d be replacing with AI (refs are #1)

040

Been happy with how he’s handled the defense. He has a lot of disguises and fastballs he didn’t show in ARZ. Glad it’s not a DC just sitting in basic 3-4 all the time (was sort of my worry)

060

I try to do it on individual plays. Right now, they’re mostly fine. RBs were better this week than last week. OL mostly been fine the last two weeks

No clue. Fully up to the league at this point

040

I will be there for the Vikings’ Super Bowl

0100

I only watched week 1 for Miami honestly. I think he gives you a shot for a team that has almost no talent. Legs help a lot in the spot he’s in. I think everyone knew the deal when he signed it

140

For sure? Like 20ish probably but it helps he’s playing across from Christian. Packers staff was really excited about him and LVN coming into the year. Looks like they were right

180

Good for a CB. Not worried in coverage rn. A little worried still when he’s getting ran on and screened

130

Very tough and teams are unique. Mason said he wouldn’t want the ball held the way GB does it for example. It’s really hard to know about the operation unless you’re in the room. Everything is so specific and quick

(I don’t think it’s that hard to send guys on blitzes, but we haven’t really played a team that guts LBs over the middle yet)

He was fine last week. People were freaking out that he made guys run a hoop (Jordan got a little too confident and held too long). I’m not worried

Mixed bag. Returns were mostly carried by W1. Think our KO unit hasn’t been as good. Punts have been weird but I don’t think it’s a concern. FG obviously not great rn but they adjusted personnel for the blockers and the wind carried a Smack miss last week

Bears don’t have many difference makers but neither do the cowboys. This was the first game penalties didn’t kill the packers (outside of the 2nd Q)

Someone said I’m not here enough so fire off questions and I’ll answer

Pretty (unless they can keep avoiding penalties and keep at crazy interception pace)
