I caved and started Hourly Comcis Day and I will complain about it all the way through, I'm afraid! But at least I didn't redo any drawing, just cleaned them up a bit and made the text more readable. Let's see how this goes. #hourlycomicday #hcd #hourlycomicday2026

I don't know why drawing muppets as kcd characters is my new favourite past time, it just IS. #kcd #muppetau #fanart #kermitcomedeliverance #kcd2 #kingdomcomedeliverance #fathergodwin

Drawing of the muppets Gonzo the Great and camilla the chicken as father Godwin and his concubine. They are sitting at a table in a tavern, the subtitle reads "What of it? have you never met a cleric who lives with a chicken before?".

In schwarz/weiß gezeichnete Straßenszene.

Sometimes the first step in fixing a drawing is to make it WORSE.

a pencil sketch of a character smiling with bulging eyes. the mouth is partly erased

the same drawing but the face has been replaced with the type of cutesy anime girl with huge sparkly eyes we all drew in middle school

same drawing but with a gigantic laughing bean shaped mouth woth huge rounded teeth

same drawing, but the character is looking serious. An arrow points toward his face and is labeled "smiling internally"

Last semester I got to try lithography and gratuitously made fanart of that one scene in 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘳. #printmaking #steindruck #Lithographie #theterror #henryfostercollins #lithography #lithoprint

Black and white photo of a person dressed as an old timey diver standing next to a print depicting a similar diver.

Lithography print in blue ink. It depicts a scene from the show "The Terror" (2018) where a diver, sat on a small wooden platform, is lowered below the surface of the sea. He is holding a boat hook. The surface of the water is covered in pancake shaped ice floes.

A big slab of stone is lying on a table. On the stone is a drawing of a diver

Close up of the drawing on the stone slab. The surface looks wet and shiny, since it's covered in gum arabicum.

Since it's #mermay, here's a very scientific illustration about the common siren, including helpful tips on how not to get eaten by them.

Digital drawing in the style of vintage scientific illustration depicting a mermaid creature. Various features and body parts are labelled. Next to the creature, a text reads "Attracts prey through the use of mimicry. Often found perched on rocks close to shore or busy shipping lanes. Feasts on human flesh. Highly aggressive towards small ships and other vessels. Avoid contact!" Below that, a note in different colored ink reads "Highly susceptible to music, may be driven away by a song or shanty, if sung with good resonance and deep convection. Practise!"

Painted scene, in the bottom right corner a frog sat aside a patch of fly agaric mushrooms. To the left of the frog and extending into the distance is a body of water on which float lilypads and upon the banks of the water brightly painted trees emerge all against a stunning coral sky
