On #earthday, an image I took last week of the Vikos Gorge in northwestern Greece. Sculpted over millions of years by the Voidomatis River, the chamois I startled flowed like a river too, rippling across scree with electric energy: a current, a course, a torrent. So at home in the skyrise heights.
A view down the Vikos gorge, the canyon seamed with green and the heights capped in stark, impressive stone.
