My mom told me that the buyers of the house pulled out because she wouldn’t give them $20k to fix some things. When she asked what was wrong, they wouldn’t say. They said give us $20k or we pull out idk man, I don’t think it’s the best idea to blackmail a state official in the county you live in🤣
