The Heart Never Lies, a #sonadow fan comic I've been working on that started off as a 20page/1week challenge then soon took over my brain and became a larger narrative.

I've been very frustrated with colouring as of late so been practicing and liked how this came out.

New racing game but Sonic hasn't driven in almost six years.

Shadow giving driving advice to Sonic.
Shadow: "Make sure you're out of neutral."
Sonic: "Got it."
Shadow: "When you enter a different gear, shift up otherwise you'll stall."
Sonic: "Right. Shift gears."

Trying to do more traditional art to get myself away from the screen.

Various sketches of Sonic and Shadow being affectionate.

Finished this tiny comic, but won't be able to post it for a while as I wait for my tumblr queue to catch up.

A comic teaser of Sonic racing through a city trying to contain the metal plague within his body.

Very normal of all the concept pieces from Sonic3 so wanted to try my own cinematic keyshots. #SonicMovie #SilvertheHedgehog #SonictheHedgehog #AmyRose #Sonic06

Fan interpretation of movie Silver exploring the past and seeing plants for the first time.

Silver confronting Sonic but being fend off by Amy.

This was meant to be a warm up today and then four hours went by... I may or may not be planning a very obvious sonadow comic about the events immediately after this scene because it has lived in my head for months at this point. #SonictheHedgehog #ShadowtheHedgehog #sonadow #SonicIDW

A side by side comparison of zombot Shadow attacking a downed Sonic. Left side the original comic panel from the IDW series. Left is my artistic interpretation.

Some concept pieces I worked on for Project Borealis: Prologue. I had the pleasure of collaborating with my team to tackle the exit court yard as well some key shots! #HalfLife #ProjectBorealis #Epistle3 #ConceptArt

Gordon in the "Portal Room" surrounded by head crab zombies, fending them off with his iconic crowbar.

The north facing alley way into the court yard looking back at what would become the "White Forest Room."

A focused shot of the icebreaker research vessel, the Borealis, fused with the buildings of Ravenholm.

A west facing shot of the court yard and how the ice build up would look like in game.

One of my favorite things to do is redesign "empty" worlds from past games. I've been replaying Sonic06 and having a nostalgia blast. I know this game gets a lot of flak, but for me, it's been genuinely wonderful to reexplore. #Sonic06 #ConceptArt #SonictheHedgehog #SilvertheHedgehog
