What a #TerrificTechTuesday at #EcoleMacneill. Our day started off with Gr 1s logging in with their super secure 8 digit passwords and playing #Kahoot. #mvsd_mb #MicrosoftEdu #EduSky

#ecolemacneil Gr 1s started #Csedweek early! AM - we coded a fun emoji rock/paper/scissors game on @microbit.org PM - we did the #MinecraftEdu Hour of Code with our book buddies from Gr 2/3. It was such an amazing day - enthusiasm galore! #mieexpert #mvsd_mb

My #minecraftstudentambassador helped the #BarkerBears celebrate our last #esports session for 2024! We had several rooms going and the room was buzzing! And check out my new mittens! They match my custom pants so I can rep #MinecraftEdu in any weather now!

Using @microbit.org , another 4/5 class started working on their Christmas songs. They had to identify the notes (name/duration) then headed over to #MicrosoftMakeCode to start bringing their songs to life!! #mvsd_mb #MIEExpert

We are #esports. We learn, we share, we grow in skills of all types, we mentor, we include all players and we have an absolute tonne of fun playing! My #ecolemacneill group held our last mtg of 2024 today. Candy canes and so much joy! #mvsd_mb #MSEA #minecrafteducation #EduSky

Earlier in the day, we coded a quick math game using @microbit-edu.bsky.social with the grade 4s. They created the rules for each button & also tried adjusting the parameters for each of the +-/x operations! #EduSky #mvsd_mb

Playing the new #hourofcode in #minecrafteducation with a grade 4/5 class and their actual quotes “Mme, we really need this I hope we do more”, “I like how I could be so creative” , “this was the best HOC ever!” and I agree 💯!! A phenomenal world to play, learn & have a tonne of fun! #mieexpert
