Agreed third spaces are critical. We’ve been eyeing empty clubhouses…grandfathered liquor licenses, kitchens, usually have a stage and/or ballroom gathering area. I love the idea of infiltrating the clubs from within…It may also be possible to start our own clubs in old buildings.
