When I was writing Shot: A Dictionary of the Lost, pronouns were a thing. If I was to on a Zoom with a client or with activists, everyone displayed pronouns with their name. Not to do so would have been an insult, or at least an indication of your lack of sensitivity. More at loom.ly/Lai52NU
