I must admit I am confused. If nothing that is admitted in an RC or in the NACC processes can be used in criminal proceedings how is justice obtained? That was not the case with ICAC. Maybe that will be the last time we ever see public officials actually face criminal proceedings.

Even if they were arrested any evidence given by them in NACC proceedings, is not admissible in a criminal trial. Which fucking genius put that parameter on the NACC? Mark Dreyfus? Anthony Albanese? The only route for Amy kind of justice is civil proceedings and who has the wherewithal for that?
