I knew we have some direct imaged exoplanets, one of the first as far as I know from 2004 - 2006, Fomalhaut b using Hubble, but this is something truly on the next level! It is crazy that even just about 30 years ago it was still debated whether our solar system is a rare exception to have planets.

Another weather post, now it is Summer, and here in the East Midlands we haven't seen a drop of rain since maybe a month, nor there is any predicted ahead. Not great for the vegetation, strange to see everything dried out here.

Why Bluesky is even telling me about a feature I am not allowed to use without giving out ID due to the ridiculous internet laws in this country...

We had at last seen the Sun! Lots of water too from all the rains, rivers flowing well, nice to see them full. Repairing footpaths, without getting all soggy. Dark clouds amassed the late afternoon, back to the rain and drizzle we go!

Bit of a personal ridicule. Spent hours trying to top-up prepay utilities (gas and electric). Utility company points finger at Bank. Bank uncovered to me, it is Visa, they can't do anything. It is a utility company, goddamnit. Not an adult game. Bloody payment police nobody asked for.

A Cyat and some Shiriats on their way to replace some sleepers on their forestry railway. There is quite a lot on this image, for a bit more backgrounds, you may take a look at it on my site.

Thank you for this wonderful piece of art, a scene from a distant future on a distant world where the Tanis drifted there found their way of living. And of course that it was a Ukraine aid charity drive, so much work went into it for a great cause!

There are some quirky odd places in the UK, this one near where I live. A calm little fishing pond, somehow surviving wedged in the middle of a large industrial area, with a lone wind turbine at the end. Have seen people fishing here, though I might be a bit dubious about the catch!

A (not so) little bit of insect appreciation, a crane fly decided to visit, landing in a spot just all too inviting to take a shot! Wacky chance, outdoors never anything stays put, a window sometimes can do the trick.

Oh look, he hefted all that fluff up there! My exceptionally pudgy creature still likes to be active, walk, explore, all the better to have some rest on something soft and fluffy once inevitably he gets too tired!

Just in case, if anyone sent me a private message, looks like I will need to go VPN shopping, please be patient / reach me by other means. Didn't set up one yet as I tend to be fine without "adult content" which UK regulations forced behind dodgy (or too expensive to be affordable) age verification

A bit of experimenting with depicting my Kyokka creatures with less typical perspectives, nothing too serious, but liked enough the outcome to post. They are most certainly Kyokkas. A Cyat wouldn't have the gut capacity for such a meal like the bottom one had!

Chill morning in the Midlands - was taken walking towards one of the places I occasionally volunteer at. On the upper right, there is water visible: a canal, much above where the railway line is!

Waddling towards new snacks! Been a while since I did this animation of my character (a bit more than a year), thought to post it here too. Chonky, but likes to take his hefty bulk to a stroll! Was done in Gimp - wouldn't recommend :)

The Shiriat civilization's distant past is quite turbulent, a collapsed space-faring race, which as such, had left several solar systems inhabited, of which few had survived into the present. The Hrokor is one of the less successful, but surviving such race.

Chat control - More surveillance is coming if this EU proposal passes. This is serious, affecting everyone, by law your online interactions will required to be monitored. Everything, including Telegram and other private chat apps. Creepy. www.patrick-breyer.de/en/majority-...

Tired. Stuff going even more insane at work. Often feeling like there is no life beyond that. Living in the machine.

Thank you so much for doing this wonderful piece of art of my Skyworld wyvern! And of course that it was for the Ukraine Aid donation drive, awesome art for a great cause! :)

Did a thing again, new retro-game for the Uzebox! A Match-3 Tower Defence mix, try to protect your settlement from the ever increasing onslaught of hungry dragons! You can try it out on my site: jubatian.com/articles/out... or jubatian.itch.io/outpost-in-t...

A Golden Crested Wyvern of Skyworld lounging in her residence. Grey pillars of brute concrete, their architecture is minimalist in stark contrast with the shining splendour of dragonkind, live, breathing ornaments drawing focus, the great vaults and archways encompassing them.

Walking deep in thoughts, passing glance at a parked van, signage. "Toby Beaston" - Hmmm, that's fine. Second glance. "Toby Beatson" - What the bloody frick is wrong with these people?!

So let's have a look here where the sky is bluer! Lurking as usual, might be posting art, new or old, or other stuff once in a while. Let's have the Tanis first, an Akri dragon playing with those redtail batbirds, a peaceful scene from their world where some of my stories take place.
