You vote often legally by prompting others to vote. If you think about it, high school students, although most of them aren't yet old enough to vote themselves, are able to remind folks who are registered to vote. If a student reminds or persuades ten people to vote, that person has "voted often".

Trump has lied that the events have “sold out” and that there are overflow crowds in each town. The rallies are, in fact, more modest — and at times more sedate — than they used to be. Trump complained about inadequate coverage of his rallies on the morning show "Fox and Friends".

I have been covering Trump rallies for almost a decade, including one held in the packed gymnasium of my former middle school. I have covered them as three-act plays, as formulaic festivals, as laboratories for Trump to road-test misinformation, insult a Democratic opponent, or gauge his approval.
