This is EXACTLY my stance on art and the computer's role in its creation. Art is, has always been, and will forever be at its best when used BY people to communicate WITH people. We will never have that connection with computers, no matter how advanced they get. youtube.com/shorts/KY3cO...

At minimum don't post your art there. I keep a barebones lurk account and that's it. When it comes to followers, I'll take quality over quantity any day.

Here's a promotional poster I did for the release of "My Under Dog Story" last year over at @fpencartoons.bsky.social I had a blast making this, and the crew was an absolute joy to work with. So if you haven't given it a watch yet, please show them some love.

Promotional art for the YouTube cartoon "My Under Dog Story" featuring a young, dog-themed super hero preparing for takeoff.

I'm not a military guy, but does gathering the whole of America's top brass in one place at the same time and broadcasting it to the world seem like a real bad idea to anyone else? Just me?

Behold! My most complex animated project to date! I learned a lot about Deinonychus and NPR rendering through this, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. What else can we do with this style? Stay tuned! #animation #sciart #Blender3D #Paleoart

Ai or no Ai. People who lack imagination and a strong desire to play and learn will always churn out creatively devoid garbage no matter how advanced their toolset is. Art doesn't exist to boost your ego, but how about we destroy our ecosystem in the attempt.

Public Service Announcement: Give your favorite artist some validation today. They may put on like they don't crave it, but let's be real, shit's never not felt amazing. So go out there and make someone's day. It's free.

It's easy to say 'just go indie' in response to problems in the animation industry, but it's not so easy in practice. In hopes we can ultimately improve the terrain for artists + indie productions alike, we shared some of our experience with the @jellybox.bsky.social team~ youtu.be/-sSa4VEFx6o?...

To me, a Nazi salute means, "I want to murder your family." There can be no irony about it: It puts deep anger and hatred in my heart to see it done and I will never forgive anyone who justifies or minimizes it.

@thebehemoth.com So, as an art inclined individual, I'm chomping at the bit to get going on some character art for CCPBPDLC. You said there would be a template closer to release. I don't suppose there's a wink wink nudge nudge aspect/resolution/DPI to tide me over is there? I make PNGs for a living.
