Shorter terms, more like no more than 10 years. And forced retirement at 65 for government officials. Also making it illegal for Supreme Court justices to accept gifts from anyone who could even potentially have a case in their court as it is just backdoor bribery.

If the Supreme Court agrees with the three states that brought the case, they would be guilty of changing the United States constitution and the sovereignty laws about states' rights and individuality. Thus unconstitutionally breaking the law themselves.

Considering that so long as a states laws do not contravene a federal law, states have full sovereign rights to uphold their own laws in their jurisdiction only. What these three states are asking the Supreme Court to do is make yheir sovereign laws the law of the land 1)

The problem is that the economists working for the Republicans and the Fed both use the stock market as a basis for claiming a good economy or a bad one. They don't factor in the public or prices of goods. Just the wealth of the stock market. The economy is not just billionaires on Wall street.

The Supreme court's sole responsibility is to judge any new laws based on what the constitution says. Not to change what the constitution says to fit political agendas, which thereby creates laws. This Supreme Court is very far from its appointed authority. It needs to be cleaned out and restocked.
