Good morning beautiful people. Remember, sometimes you look back on yourself and think "Wow, I was really great at that moment!" Think, today and tomorrow and this week and month may he that time 10 years from now. Embrace it and love yourself.

Remember, social media is a soap box. Don't hang out on here and understand me as a person by what I post here. There's a whole lot more life happening. In turn, I am very much a person with a sonder mindstate. You are all amazing in your own right, so thank you for sharing your time with me.

Sleepy morning beautiful people! Rough and tumbling last night, didn't get much sleep but I read and journaled. Not all days start off as planned but we can still make the most of them by adjusting to the losses.

Good morning beautiful people! Enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Paris. I got to look at the Gates of Hell for the second time in my life, nearly 20 years later. I have always lived my days like they are my last, but I am happy for each additional day I have there after. ☺️

Good morning beautiful people! Life lesson: I had a plant named Hope that uprooted by accident while traveling. I nurtured it grew and grew! A month ago it died. I was sad. But hope isn't something that you contain or bottle up. It's wild, natural, ephemeral and is all around when needed.

Good morning beautiful people! Gotta love the sense of humour. The river in my city is called the Doubs (pronounced Do). So the city's river safety/maintence group named their boat Scooby-Doo, but in French. 😄

Good morning beautiful people! I have many rituals that I have developed over the past year. One of them is a reflective cup of coffee by the river when I am home in the morning. A small journal and and a mental stock on immediate or long term progress is essential and is helping me immensely.

Good morning beautiful people! Be the flower in barren areas of life. The first bird to sing at dawn. You will be seen, heard and appreciated greatly for being yourself in those moments and it will be the most natural thing you have ever done.

Damn, I took some good ass pictures a few months ago. Gotta love it when you are inspired. 🙂 Now a days just trying to keep myself introspective and not spend too much time on putting energy into remote places, but more into those directly involed with me. Doesn't make you all anyless special tho!
