Nightly. I often wake up and go back to sleep and the same dream continues. Some of them feel so long, I wish I could time them to see if they really are. Most of the time they’re stressful, sometimes they end in a terrifying way and I can’t go back to sleep in case I fall back into the dream.

I didn’t even get Tylenol. She took her 3 pieces and sent me on my way. Each piece hurt more than the last. The pain really hit me on the drive home. It was the worst I’ve ever felt. I tell everyone to bring their own drugs, don’t rely on the hospital to manage the pain.

The reality of St Ives, Cornwall, in August. We should have taken the train in, but even if we had, it’s way too hilly for my husband. So all we saw of it was driving around looking for non existant parking. We were there for a family wedding. Luckily we had been to Cornwall before, off season.
