So, today, along with 21 January are the toughest days on the calendar for me, as they're the biggest reminder that my father passed away, when I was 7. The trauma of having to do crafts for a person who couldn't receive them cut deep, and I hated it.

So, at my local ER again to get the results of an ultrasound on a mass in my left armpit, but, the ticketing system for triaging patients reads out on the PA as... "Now serving customer..." Patients are not consumers. This is straight out of the dystopia US Healthcare system.
