Key insights 🌍 Many ecosystem service assessments still rely on land-cover proxies. 🪼 Research remains strongly focused on terrestrial ecosystems. 💚 Most studies confirm a positive relationship between ecosystem condition and ecosystem services, healthier ecosystems provide greater benefits.
