Breaking: Taamneh reversed, failed to state a claim, Gonzalez vacated to be reconsidered in light of Taamneh. This is pretty much what the 9th Cir. should have done in the first place and avoided the mess.

While there’s good news out of SCOTUS, there’s concerning news that Montana just banned TikTok As I wrote about in the context of federal proposals such legislation has significant 1A concerns usatoday.com/story/opinion/…
