hey everyone! so me and @jpques.bsky.social are looking for people who'd be interested to be a part of a 14 year anniversary mashup for Monstercat requirements: - high availability (since we wanna put this out before the year ends) - must be very familiar with the labels' discography (1/2)

Hey, quick health update from ya boi: I started taking some medication over the anxiety issues that I have been having, so if you notice me being a bit off on vcs or when chatting, it's because theese pills are beating my ass lmao

Hey guys, quick question over YT stuff. I've noticed that I'm getting more scared and more anxious about posting videos. If any of y'all have gone through this as well, what is the best course of action? (you can see this as a follow up to that mental health post I made a few weeks ago)

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 06/07/2025

Ok, so was someone supposed to tell me that Nik Nocturnal talked about SVDDEN DEATH, or was I meant to find that by myself? Because fuck u mean he knows what tearout is?

000

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

quick question: where's the audio from? It feels so familiar, but for the life of me I can't remeber where it came from

Hey, so, quick question for y'all: I've said before that I'm better mentally, but sometimes I still get hit with a slight depressive mood. What do y'all do when that happens to diminish that feeling? Never been through something like this before, so just wanted to know that

9. Prodigy - The Fat of the Land It was either this or Invaders Must Die. Honestly, put all of the Prodigy's discography, they literally have no misses lmao

111

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 29/05/2025

8. Laszlo - Liftoff I am so glad I was a massive Monstercat simp a few years ago , because it got me to listen to this masterpiece of an album

100

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 29/05/2025

7. No Mana - I Contain Flashing Images I bumped this album so hard around the time I started going to Lisbon, it accidentally became the soundtrack for the city. This is my AOTY for 2024, alongside Monarch of Monsters

100

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 29/05/2025

6. Bvssic - A Blissful Gaze of Ignorance I actually have one of the images of this EP as a wallpaper. That’s how gorgeous the art direction of this is. Also, the tracks are just marvellous

120

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

5. Riot - Dogma Resistance The fact that Blackwater was on the BO compilation when Disorder (Rebirth) was RIGHT FUCKING THERE (both tracks slap tho lol)

100

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

4. Pendulum - Hold Your Colour This album is probably the biggest reason I'm a Drum and Bass fan. The title track is a perfect 10/10, and tracks like Through the Loop and Slam, my god

100

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

3. Noisia - Split the Atom The soundtrack of my childhood, the reason I fell in love with neuro, and why I cried when Noisia split lmao

110

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

2. Vylet Pony - Monarch of Monsters This album is the reason I have been so much into Vylet Pony these past few months. Still addicted to it after all this time

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

1. Xilent - We Are Dust Yes, I know, kinda an obvious pick, but when the INTERLUDE is one of the best tracks ever, I just have to love the album lol

jpques @jpques.bsky.social · 10/05/2025

One of my fav things is finding samples that were used in certain songs on sample packs. like finding the synths of “Lost my way” and “Not IRL” on that one Modestep pack. Always fun to find that lol
