I guess we can't rely anymore on account registration date as an indicator for Telegram spam - I just got a spam message coming from an account allegedly registered in December 2026 (If they can somehow fudge it in the future, I'm pretty confident they can also fudge it in the past!)

Dear Mozilla, Instead of shitty AI features that nobody needs or wants, would you consider making that error message a tiny bit less stupid?

Firefox error message indicating that it couldn't connect to the server at localhost, and suggesting to try with a different device, check modem or router, and disconnect and reconnect to WiFi.

For the non-tech users out there: "localhost" indicates a web server running on the local machine (typically used during web development), and none of the suggested solutions makes any sense whatsoever when connecting to localhost.

The AI overview says it was sent by costco reward, it doesn't flag it as potential scam, and it merely repeats the informaion that one can already see when they receive the email, but in a slightly longer, more verbose format.
