It’s that leaked 1080p, 480p hook plugin, just found a way (using 2 plugins framecapper inject 60hz and novsyn) for most games to be 30fps instead of the default 15fps.
With sharpscale the output is impressive. a handful of games still output 15fps and run at half speed. But majority are 30fps.
