One Piece fan letter is far and away the best episode of any anime I’ve seen all year. It makes me so happy to be an OP fan! Megumi Ishitani, what a director you are…

The Wild Robot was beautiful, in animation, story, themes, and characters. Man, I should call my mom.

Caught up to Monkie Kid. REALLY fun show with a top tier voice cast and GOATED animation! The writing starts out as serviceable, but I felt like the storylines became notably more character-focused around season 3, and it just gets better from there. Looking forward to more!

Getting hit with this at the end of an episode, making me realize this was the last time Billy Kametz got to play one of my favorite characters…

Scavenger’s Reign is one of the best shows I’ve seen in a while, let alone sci-fi show. Gorgeously animated and beautifully-written from start to finish, with a fully-realized world that has something to say beyond being fucking cool on its own. I have no notes. 10/10

Finally beat DD2 (ik pic is bright I was playing with HDR) I got a lotta feelings about it, most really good, some pretty bad, but overall I think it's a very worthy successor to the original. The world map is fucking huge tho, I don't think I'm starting NG+ anytime soon.

Since the last Frieren Friday is tmrw and I'll probably be spending the rest of the day playing DD2 I'll just summarize my thoughts on the show now This is my favorite anime to come out since Mob Psycho ended, top 10 of all time material, and I'll probably rewatch with the dub
