First100 never replies, likes, follows or DMs for you. The reply radar ranks posts from accounts you watch by freshness, replies so far and momentum against the author's usual, and suggests an angle. You write the reply and send it yourself. firsthundred.app/l/LhLH7WA

Our own Bluesky numbers: posts that open with a plain claim got a median of 1 engagement, the rest 0. That's 8 posts against 5. First100 calls it a 2x lift and still tells us to test it on purpose. 13 posts prove little. firsthundred.app/l/hlDAVGM

Alan (ahsk for Mac, beta) ignored "my meetings are 30 minutes" twice. The calendar tool defaulted to an hour and the model let it. The fix: make the end time required. Made to work it out himself, he used the rule. What rule would you give him?
