Yes. This theory that competition drives prices down doesn’t work particularly in this market. Done some work for smelters & energy companies. Very big business. I must see what Labours offering. Just read the Greens policy, hmm lots of statements which will take decades to achieve.

Yep. Why the last price bid sets the price is ridiculous, network pricing is a scam. Victoria have started a new retailer to sell to consumers & small bus. Main reform there is solar. Woods needs to lose the portfolio as she had the power to reform but got tricked by vested interests.

? For you. Our area needed a law change, flood prone area where intensification would make it worse but near the busway. We are not on Councils list til 2040, already dangerous flooding last year. Have they allowed Council to exempt areas like ours?

As a lawyer who’s practiced in both jurisdictions it would not be hard, each State has its own laws so ours would be left in tact except for some which States have ceded to Cth. Similar laws would be ceded and those great employment laws would benefit us greatly as an example.

Yes and I’ve been to a few meetings and spoken to her. She was warm and friendly and answered my questions. She’s a good listener. Expect like many women in that space she is a bit wary. Supported a candidate in 2017 who was stalked it was awful.
