It's interesting to see this because my husband and I were just talking about this. How I'm feeling like someone who's a strong swimmer but all of a sudden I'm struggling to doggy paddle. And he said remember to just float and relax. Don't wait until you've exhausted yourself doggy paddling. 🫠
